Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused graduates to join our banking team as Relationship Managers. The role involves building strong customer relationships, promoting banking products and services, acquiring new customers, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates seeking a career in the banking and financial services industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
  • Promote savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, loans, and investment products.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to existing customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Meet monthly sales and business targets assigned by the bank.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Follow KYC, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordinate with branch teams and other departments to resolve customer queries.
  • Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BCA, MBA, etc.).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of banking and financial products is preferred.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
