Relationship Manager (Private Bank)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Promote products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, and investment solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets assigned by the bank.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Cross-sell and upsell banking products to increase customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with branch staff and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
• Participate in customer acquisition and relationship-building activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Freshers and candidates with banking or sales experience are welcome to apply.
• Maximum age: 30 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Willingness to complete the mandatory 2–3 month training program.
• Program fee of ₹1,18,644 (Education loan facility available).
• Training location: Bangalore or Noida
• Willing to relocate for training and work anywhere in India after successful placement.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
