Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi
• Assist users with gaming account and gameplay-related queries
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards
• Achieve performance and customer satisfaction targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
• Good Hindi communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer service skills preferred
